By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it and that you are at least 18 years old.

An inquiry does not create a booking, reservation, professional relationship or obligation to provide services. Services are confirmed only through a separate written agreement, accepted proposal, payment arrangement or other express confirmation from Catered Kosher Concierge.

Services, Pricing and Third Parties

Availability, menus, staffing, accommodations, transportation, vessels, venues, travel arrangements, pricing, deposits, cancellation terms and other service details may vary and will be addressed in the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party providers remain responsible for their own services, policies, availability and performance.

Clients are responsible for disclosing dietary restrictions, allergies, medical concerns, venue rules and other material requirements. Although reasonable care may be taken, allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Catered Kosher Concierge Messaging Program

If you separately and voluntarily opt in, you consent to receive recurring informational and promotional SMS or MMS messages from Catered Kosher Concierge at the mobile number provided. Messages may include inquiry follow-ups, service coordination, reminders, updates and occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Opting out of text messages does not prevent service-related communications through another channel when necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide requested services. Email Communications

We may email you regarding your inquiry or requested services. Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing emails concerning Catered Kosher Concierge services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided. Service-related communications may continue when necessary.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, introduce malicious code, scrape the website through automated means, or use its content in violation of law.

The website and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Catered Kosher Concierge and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catered Kosher Concierge disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that website information will always be complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catered Kosher Concierge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use, communications or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification, Governing Terms and Changes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Catered Kosher Concierge harmless from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and any mandatory law that applies to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms, and the effective date above identifies the latest version.
